How To Use The Template

Follow the steps below to customize and launch your template in minutes.
No coding required!
Add Your Knowledge Base
  1. On the left navigation bar, go to Settings -> General.
  2. Click on AI Knowledge Bases.
  3. Once opened, press the ‍to add a Knowledge Base to your account.
  4. Add the documents about your product(s).
Add Knowledge Base to Template
  1. Head to Converse -> Agent Manager.
  2. Edit the agent by pressing the Edit Agent button.
  3. Under the Objectives area, press the Possible Action titled ‍.
  4. Once the sidebar is opened, select your own Knowledge Base from the dropdown menu.
Create Service Ticket Type
  1. A custom Service Ticket Type is necessary for the AI Agent to create tickets.
  2. If you have not made a Service Ticket Type before 
    1. https://docs.symphona.ai/serve/configuring-service-tickets 
  3. Type must include these following fields:

Full Name Anything

Adding New Service Ticket Type
  1. Head to Flow -> Process Manager. There you will find the associated process for your AI Agent.
  2. Edit the process by pressing the Edit Process button.
  3. Select any Create Service Ticket tile.
  4. Once the sidebar is opened, select the newly created Ticket Type from the dropdown menu.
  5. Do that for the rest of the Create Service Ticket tiles and press Deploy.
  6. Once that is completed, edit your Agent once more. Under the Objectives area, press the Possible Action titled Submit Software Issue Request. 
  7. Select the process we recently deployed, do the same steps for the remainder of the Request Actions and deploy.
