How do the Symphona Explore tiered volume discounts work?
Your per-transaction pricing will decrease as monthly volume increases, and this will automatically be applied by Symphona. Details about the pricing tiers can be found earlier on the Pricing page in the transactions section.
Do I need to enter my credit card information to sign up for a Symphona plan?
Yes, a credit card is required to register for Symphona. All credit card details are stored securely with Stripe, our payment processor and industry leader in the payment industry.
Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no setup fees you have to pay before using Symphona with the Explore plan. You only pay when you perform automation with the platform (executed process steps, received agent conversation messages, etc.) and any add-ons your organization leverages.
What payment methods does SimplyAsk accept?
We accept all major credit cards, such as MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
My organization operates on a quarterly basis. Is it possible for us to pay on a quarterly basis?
