Pricing Schedule

1. SCOPE & INCORPORATION

This Pricing Schedule forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the SimplyAsk.ai Terms of Service (the “TOS”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the TOS. This page sets out: (a) Included Credits by plan, (b) the Billing Unit and Credits per Billing Unit (Credit Weights) for each Transaction type or sub‑type, and (c) the per‑Credit overage rate for Symphona Explore Accounts.

For Partner‑Governed Accounts, this Pricing Schedule governs metering mechanics (Billing Units, rounding/aggregation and Credit Weights) and our invoicing to the Authorized Resale Partner; it does not change the Partner‑End Customer commercial pricing, except for any pass‑through or regulatory adjustments permitted by the TOS.

All monetary amounts are denominated in United States Dollars (“US$”) unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. KEY CONCEPTS

Credits: The unit of metered consumption of the Services.
Transaction: An operation that consumes Credits (for example, Executed Process Steps, Generated Agent Responses, AI Tokens). Transactions may have sub‑types with different Billing Units and Credit Weights.
Billing Unit: The minimum measurement increment for a Transaction type or sub‑type (for example, 1,000 steps or 10,000 tokens).
Credit Weights: The number of Credits consumed per Billing Unit for a given Transaction type or sub‑type.
Usage Period: The monthly metering period defined in the TOS.

Credits reset each Usage Period and unused Credits do not roll over in accordance with the TOS.

5. ROUNDING & AGGREGATION RULES

Billing Unit rounding: If a Transaction’s measured quantity within a Usage Period does not align to a whole Billing Unit, the partial Billing Unit is rounded up to the next whole Billing Unit, unless a Transaction‑specific rule below states otherwise.
Aggregation: Where applicable, micro‑events are aggregated to the Transaction’s Billing Unit for rating (for example, individual tokens into 10,000‑token Billing Units).
Timestamp: Usage is recorded at the time the Transaction is logged by the Services (UTC).
Silence: If the table is silent for a Transaction on rounding or aggregation, the default round‑up rule above applies.

6. MEASUREMENT FINALITY & DISPUTES

Metering in the Services and our system logs (including Credits recorded per Transaction) is conclusive for billing purposes absent manifest error, as stated in the TOS.
If you believe a manifest error occurred, notify us within the invoice dispute window specified in the applicable agreement.

7. ORDER & AGREEMENT PRECEDENCE

If your signed order expressly fixes Included Credits and/or Credit Weights for your committed term, that order controls for that term.
In any conflict between this page and a signed order or Enterprise Agreement on commercial pricing, the signed document controls for the committed term, subject to any pass‑through or regulatory adjustments permitted by the TOS.
